With over 17 years in the online trading space and an overall customer satisfaction rating over 99% we have recently decided to publish customer product reviews on our web site.

This will help consumers choose what's right for them, and give our future and past customers an accurate understanding of our real customer satisfaction rating and product reviews, a view which is often distorted by third party review sites.

Abiding by Australian consumer law, we only publish reviews which are genuine product reviews received for items sold by us!
Reviews left for an item can be found under the item description for each product where available.

Please bear with us as we upload the thousands of product reviews we have received during our long trading history. We will be doing this progressively over the next few months and will soon have an easier way for our customers to leave reviews directly on our site via our customer account portal.
