The green garland is made of PVC, which is weather resistant. The lighted garland contains 150 high-powered LEDs, which are very energy efficient and emit a bright warm light. Designed with 4 different lighting effects; continuous lighting, twinkling, crossfade and slowly glowing mode, the lights will beautifully light up in your preferred pattern.
