THORNADO newly released diesel cast iron centrifugal fire fighting pump provides outstanding performance for fire fighting, water transfer and dewatering. Driven by a high quality Thornado 7HP air cooled diesel engine.
The Thornado centrifugal pump features Vortex type impeller which deliver high pressure suitable for fire fighting and its is capable of moving up to 34,000 litre per hour and offering a total head of 60m. With the ability to draw water up to 8m height, the Thornado diesel cast iron centrifugal pump is sure to be helpful in a variety of situations.
The external pump body are made of cast iron for long life. The pump body is also powder coated for added corrosion protection and fitted with a vortex impeller to deliver maximum pressure and lift. A ceramic carbon mechanical seal used on our pump provides rugged construction for long life. And a heavy duty steel frame protects the pump and the engine on all sides.
